We will run your tronc payments on your existing PAYE, so your staff won’t be confused with multiple PAYE schemes, but we will still ensure that your tronc scheme is run compliantly and attracts all the benefits associated with a tronc scheme;

How does it work?
The scheme will run as per our standard Troncmaster Service, but instead of sending you the breakdown of the tips payments due for each employee, we will bring that information to the payroll data and pay alongside your payroll.
Ascend Payroll provides a premium payroll service, which, when coupled with our Troncmaster service, ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and tronc payments to your workforce.
As your tronc and payroll provider, we will be responsible for:
- Taking your payroll data (we can integrate with your in-house HR and T&A systems)
- Extracting the data and processing your payroll for each pay period
- Managing pension compliance
- Paying your employees and third parties wages and tronc payments
- Clearly identifying what is salary and what is tronc payments on the employee payslip
- Providing electronic payslips
